Paths of leisure

The Muße trails in the NaturWanderPark delux are an invitation to experience familiar trails in a new way. Five selected hiking tours have been lovingly developed and now invite you to walk with more depth, more attention and more mindfulness.

Each of these paths has its very own symbol and tells you a special story. As you hike, you will immerse yourself in regional tales, traditional legends, mysterious myths or historical events that took place in the very places you are walking through.

These special hiking trails are embedded in the great story of the Eifel - a landscape created by the interplay of the four elements of fire, water, earth and air. Millions of years ago, the earth shook here, volcanoes spewed fire and rock, lava formed valleys and heights. Today you walk through this very landscape - peaceful, powerful and with a beauty that could only be created through time, patience and the interplay of the elements.
